30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and undamaged).
• In its original packaging, including all jewelry boxes and pouches.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@lumistudio.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
