All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Standard Express Shipping: 3–5 business days (Free on orders over $150 USD / $4.99 flat rate for orders under $50).

Order Tracking

Once your order has dispatched, please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update. You can track your package anytime using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

LUMI Studio is not responsible for any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your package upon entry to your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
